About the Captain

The family started working in the sport fishing industry at the President Hotel of Loreto approximately 23 years ago, known then as El Mañanero. From that time on, it has been managed by Julio C. Magdaleno G. and his family.

We accommodate many tourists as they visit the beautiful peninsula of Loreto, Baja California Sur with everything they need. We perfectly know all the areas. Not to mention, we have the one of the finest captains in town, Captain Jesus Francisco Osuna. Jesus is know as " Chuy " and he is very committed to the safety of the anglers fishing with the Mananero Sportfishing Fleet and carefully follows all requirements of the Marine Ocean Regulations. Captain Osuna is also a former Champion of the Dorado Derby held in Loreto.
